My name is Alexa and welcome to my blog! I have been biting my nails for as long as I can remember. And even though I have now managed to Stop Biting Nails I still have to fight the urge to bite.
So, for me, stopping nail-biting has been really tough but I have been lucky enough to be supported by my family. Its difficult to stop biting nails - but its worth it - they look amazing now! I was so surprised at how quickly they recovered even though I had been biting my fingernails all those years.
